Past Life Work

What is a Past Life Regression?

Past life regression is a therapeutic technique aimed at accessing and exploring one's previous incarnations or past lives. Typically conducted through hypnosis or deep relaxation, the individual is guided to access memories or experiences from earlier lifetimes. It is believed that this process can help resolve present-day issues or traumas by understanding their roots in past lives.

What should I expect from my first  past life regression session?

First, we will create an intention to access whichever past life that would be most beneficial for your current needs. This can be addressing a phobia or obstacle you are experiencing, inquiring about certain patterns that appear in your life, or even connecting with a past life you've had with a loved one who has passed away.

Then, I will guide you through a quick and easy meditation where we find your "safe space". I will redirect you back to this place at any point during your past life regression in which you need it.

From there, I will guide you into a light hypnosis state where we can go back to your past life related to whatever intention we set at the beginning. Through here, we will re-experience different major moments in that life in which you can draw wisdom and then, once this part feels complete, we will go to your death scene in this past life. This last part can seem scary or unnerving to some folks, but it is crucial in order to be able to gleam the wisdom needed to address your intention. During this part, we can go back to your safe space at any moment. Remember, this is a light hypnosis, so you are in control of your body and mind at all times.

Once completing this regression and receiving the insight your subconscious mind has to offer, I will guide you back out of the hypnotic state and into the present moment. We will then have a brief grounding and integrating session to discuss what came up for you, how it relates to your intentions, and what you might need to do moving forward to further integrate these lessons.

This will all take a total of two hours. However, you may continue to have new past life memories surface in the following days. This is a normal part of the integration process. Be gentle with yourself and make sure you take the time to ground and center yourself.

Why do you recommend a follow up appointment after a past life regression?

Although a past life regression can be an absolutely life-changing experience on it's own, sometimes we, as humans, need to dedicate extra time and space to integrate what we have learned. Having a follow-up appointment where we can use talk and art therapy to explore, express, and integrate your past life experience helps you be able to obtain and hold the wisdom that you have within. Often times if we are not able to integrate what we have learned, the after effects of the past life might be more fleeting. A follow-up appointment is simply an opportunity for you to honor and reflect on the journey you have had.

Art Therapy and Counseling

What is your approach when providing more tradition talk and art therapy?

My approach is considered to be person-centered and trauma-informed care with a mixture of talk and art therapy based on your own interests and needs. I believe that my clients have the wisdom and power within them to heal themselves and I am simply providing a safe space to empower them to do so. I have experience with working with a wide variety of mental illnesses and backgrounds, however, I do not feel that these labels and experiences define us. I pride myself in being a safe space for members of the LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and HAES communities and I am consistently striving to be an educated ally to our society as a whole. I believe this shows up in my work with my clients by ensuring that their voices are heard, their feelings are valid, and their lives are sacred.
